Soapstone Dragon are four twits who come together on a regular basis to insult each other, communicate using mostly profanities, smoke a lot of fags and sometimes do a bit of singing.   Leaving the first three activities as read, the singing (broadly speaking) has its basis in the folk tradition, but falls off the edge occasionally into a few comedy numbers.   They like to shove in some harmonies along the way, and there are always a few tunes to boot!

The Soaps are made up of Jane Foggin on vocal, guitar and banjo (the newest member), Charley Burney on vocal, fiddle and ukulele (the youngest member), Cein Edwards on vocal and percussion (the oldest member) and Malcolm Petty on vocal, tenor guitar and percussion (the male member).
